16 rooms, all with shower, private facilities, balcony, television, wi-fi and air conditioning. Large restaurant with fish every day; bar service and telephone, has a large garage, and a warm and cozy for the whole family.
The bike path of Alba Adriatica Martinsicuro connected to the north and south, thanks to bridges realized in wood to cross rivers, it is connected with Tortoreto, Giulianova and Cologna for a huge bike path of 30 km. The track is lined with palm trees, tamarisk, pine trees and oleander, the always runs along the sea and offers some wonderful views.
